Set against the scenic backdrop of the Bath Fairgrounds in Bath, New Brunswick, the River Bend Balloon Fest is a celebration of colour, community, and flight. Traditionally home to the Bath Fall Fair held each Labour Day weekend, these historic grounds have long been a place for neighbours to gather, celebrate, and make memories.

What started as a simple dream — to bring the magic of hot air balloons to our small town — has grown into a beloved event that draws visitors from across the region. Inspired by the spirit of the fall fair, a small group of local volunteers came together to create something new while honouring Bath’s proud community traditions.

Since our first launch, the festival has grown in every way — more balloons, more vendors, more music, more magic. Today, it’s a weekend filled with family fun, early morning launches, vibrant skies, and memories that last a lifetime.
