You will be contacted as soon as possible to confirm your flight. We appreciate your patience.

Passengers:

A) Must be able to climb over the side of the basket (about 3 feet high), independently navigate uneven/rough terrain (e.g., fields, hills, embankments), be able to stand unassisted for at least 90 minutes, be prepared for sudden stops and possibly hard landings, and be able to follow the pilot's directions;
B) Must inform the pilot of any allergies, and bring medications (e.g., EpiPen, insulin) that may be needed; and
C) Must not be pregnant (confirmed or suspected), use oxygen, have had neck, back, or joint-replacement surgery recently, have neck or back injuries, or have a heart condition.

For passenger safety and insurance purposes, we cannot fly individuals who are or could be pregnant, who do not meet the above requirements, or who have any of the above mentioned health conditions .Do you attest that all passengers in your group are aware of, understand, and agree to abide by the abovementioned requirements, and (prior to launching) that all passengers in your group agree to inform festival organizers of any health changes that would no longer permit them to fly?*
